Probe: Our defined question sets are sent out to respondents across the market. Answers are carefully probed via AI chatbots to ensure depth and robustness of responses.

Deliver: After all responses have been collected, insights are reviewed and validated by our (human) researchers, to ensure findings are clear, accurate, and actionable.
