Expertise where it’s needed
Expert-led qualitative and quantitative solutions to help you navigate uncertainty quickly and cost effectively.
Richard Gush
Richard has always enjoyed stories - listening to them, telling them, and retelling them. Chatting to people to understand them and their stories, and sharing them with clients in a way that brings people to life, is what he loves to do. One could say qualitative research suits him perfectly, which is good since he’s been doing it for 20 years.
Richard has done on the ground qualitative research in more than 20 countries, addressing challenges like cultural understanding, behaviour change and brand and communication development.
Sam Harris
Sam loves solving puzzles of all kinds: from crosswords, to games, to tricky commercial problems – the more complex the better. This passion is helpful for his work in qualitative research, where he uses a wide range of methodologies to help clients solve their most important questions and best make sense of puzzling human behaviours.
Sam has particular expertise in kids, youth, and media – but regularly works across a range of sectors including tech, finance, travel, automotive, and FMCG… really wherever there’s a thorny question to crack or a problem to solve!
Diana Pinto
Diana is continually challenging the status quo; some might say she likes to agree to disagree. She is passionate about delivering insight in an “infotainment” way, and sprinkling a little pixie dust on the world of numbers.
Diana has extensive experience with large-scale strategic studies in the tech, FMCG, automotive, media and entertainment and financial services sector, which includes U&As, segmentations, market landscaping, market sizing, concept testing and brand development, across both the UK and international markets.
Niall Smith
Niall has been doing numbers for more than 20 years, and over that time has managed pretty much everything that research can throw at you, with work for kids and families, FMCG, tech, media, financial services and travel (amongst others) across many different markets worldwide.
Niall is also a passionate gamer – video and tabletop – and a proud dad of 3 kids. One of these days he’ll get around to writing that children’s book he keeps going on about.
